Love, love, love this concept … a toy that has been designed to teach failure to people of all ages!

It’s not here yet, but it looks like it’s going to be amazing when it is released this summer.

Here is the website so that you can check it out.

Personally, the best part is that it comes with a comprehensive guidebook that shows you how to create, adapt and lead highly impactful sessions that explore the challenges and opportunities presented by failure.

The guidebook includes game scenarios, discussion topics, and sample lessons to get you playing and experimenting right out of the box

Often, we are taught at a very young age to think of failure as a negative in favour of success and succeeding.

However, failure is a part of life and not only inevitable but necessary.  Without failure, there is no motivation to perform better…at least not as much.

And without failure there is no innovation! Norm Larsen the inventor of WD40, failed 39 times before he achieved success … hence the name WD40!

Neon sign with positive motivational saying on the wall.
